We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Treatment Coordinator at Smile Haus Austin. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients as they navigate their treatment plans.

Position: Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and coordinate individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for various treatments and procedures.
• Communicate treatment plans, options, and financial considerations to patients.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding treatments and procedures.
• Work closely with insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare coordination or patient services role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
